Strengthening CAPSA’s Presence in Idaho

For nearly 50 years, CAPSA has been a trusted source of safety, support, and healing for survivors of domestic and sexual violence across Cache Valley and Bear Lake Area. Recognizing the unique needs of residents in Franklin and Bear Lake Counties, CAPSA is expanding to provide dedicated services in Preston, Idaho.

This Idaho-focused initiative, known as CAPSA of Southeast Idaho, will establish a full-time presence in Franklin County, offering essential services—including crisis intervention, case management, and clinical therapy—with plans to build an outreach office, shelter, and transitional housing units. Each service will be carefully designed to meet the needs of Idaho survivors and their families, providing accessible, localized support that empowers individuals to heal within their community.
